Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

       – Conduct financial analysis to support advisory projects.

       – Prepare comprehensive financial reports and models.

  2. Corporate Finance:

       – Assist in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities.

       – Participate in due diligence processes and financial valuations.

       – Support in the preparation of investment proposals and financial restructuring plans.

  3. Insolvency Services:

       – Contribute to the insolvency process, working closely with senior team members.

       – Assist in the analysis of financial statements and identifying potential issues.

       – Prepare documentation for insolvency proceedings and liaise with relevant stakeholders.

  4. Client Relationship Management:

    – Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of

       their business needs.

    – Provide support to clients during challenging financial situations.

  5. Compliance and Regulations 

   – Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, legal requirements, and industry best practices.

   – Ensure all work complies with regulatory guidelines.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

– Pursuing or completed professional accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

– Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
